May 25 P.M. Petty Theft. One perp 18 year old black male was caught on camera stealing a necklace. The loss prevention officer questions and pats down the boy. After further investigation the perp also hacked into the security guard's computer and documented some of his personal files. A civil agreement is met between the two and the perp is allowed to free from any further chargers.
